Complexity and confusion, and tension, they all need proper recognition and respect. Although, I don't believe there is a "right" resolution as truth is a moving point that grows proportionally with our knowledge. In general it limits exploration, it reduces accuracy, reinforces biases, reduces connections therefore innovation is affected as well, and overall leads to poor decision-making which means problem solving suffers, too. Complexity requires patience.
